I agree with the others, the drone carrier is much too thin. 5 minutes within range of the Wyrda and it'd be done for. I suggest adding outer structural ribs 5 - 7 blocks tall and 3 - 4 blocks wide along the outside of the ship and attach them to the structural core every 100 or so blocks.

Too big. I'd make the whole thing no more than a few hundred meters long, and still have structure ribs every segment, but only 11 block high and thick.

Each segment is 10 blocks long...
