Taln Shipyards [New Naming Convention!] [New Ships!]

Taln, I must thank you now, for you have given me many ideas
for what to fill up my massively spacious ships with. It has always been a
problem for me, as I cram as much stuff as possible into my ships, like a
submarine. Which I find strange considering that they are designed to look
opulent, regal, and spacious from the outside.

For example, in my cruiser there
is:
2 one-fighter bays
A mess hall which seats 4
A bedroom that fits 4 people with two personal item chests.
6 generic storage chests
3 water features
The 5 person control room, plus the stairs connecting it to the lower deck
A bathroom with two 2 toilets and showers
A missile tube and bomb bay
A core room (which needs to be re-outfitted for the new system)
4 escape pods
All the corridors connecting these things

All in this amount of space:

Well, I've been told my ships are too bland, so I'm revising my style, and consequently revisiting the Companion to make it more unique. Crusader's going to take a few more days or so to finish as well.

WTF. Why is the Companion on Tiel's build server?

I needed something else to fill dockspace with.

Well here's a tip: there's a $#!+ ton of wasted space! The bunks for example; everything is up against the wall! There's room for quite a few more fixtures in the middle of the room. Same goes for the library, lobby, and about 80% of the other rooms.

I still had empty space left over in the end despite my efforts.

Erm, how exatly do I gain access to Companion? I can't open the door near the dock (no button) or the door at the hangar (same).

I love the corvette. It is very "shipy" It is not too square or too circle and you even made sure to decorate the inside. I don't like the ships you download just to take a look at and then find out that... on the inside... they are ugly and un-decorated. The creator didn't TRY. But you, sir, are my ship-building-hero!

The Companion is now classified as a Frigate, the Crusader a Cruiser, and the upcoming Emnity a Battlecruiser. That aside, please enjoy these photos of our latest product.

Three missile launchers, four mass drivers, and a two medium laser cannons assure quick destruction of any opponent that one may encounter in the unmerciful depths of deep space. Most of this impressive armanent is controlled by a central AI, meaning that the vessel can be crewed by as little as 6 humans, allowing quick deployment and an unprecedented cheap cost.

In addition, should the buyer ask their nearest Taln representative, one could purchase an additional armor layer and/or a decorative 'paint' layer to show your colors.

Beautiful ships as always, it is always a pleasure to see another Taln shipyard ship. They are some of the better ships on this forum.

You have a cruiser? Cool. Where is it? I didn't see it in the OP. Sounds awesome - that would be one of the biggest ships on the forums, I think.

How big is a battlecruiser?
