Was reading this thread for a quick laugh. I guess I should bring some closure to this.

I did end up asking her out later on but she said she was already in something.

Come to find out a year later she's actually gay. So that's something lol.

For the benefit of anyone who's reading this and hasn't had such an experience, I just want you to know that a lot of what I said back then in this topic was a whole load of bull in retrospect. I believed it at the time, of course, and maybe you too think you've found "the one" presently, but understand no matter what happens there's no shame in it. At this (that) age a lot of things are confusing and emotions are very powerful - no one will think less of you for going for it. Best to just get it over with, and if the worst comes to pass there's always a few hundred million women you'll encounter in some form throughout your life.
