| I'd be surprised if it was out already; the 0.22 teaser livestream was hardly 36 hours ago. | |

It isn´t, as it is a relevant contribution to the topic. Also it turned out my news were kinda wrong, appearently the guy who made the vid has experimental access (AKA beta-tester), but you can still see this as a content overview of .22

| SNAFU is the status quo of KSP, so really, FUBAR doesn't really apply | |

SNAFU, then. What's the F key to take a screen shot?

| I'm working right now on taking a Munar ship and strapping it into some struts with wheels, and driving it to the North Pole to drive
I have no idea why, though.

I don't know, can you? It depends on whether your spaceplane is big enough to carry said rocket.

| SpaceX and Virgin Galactic are working on a similar endeavor using a modified Falcon 9 launcher, except the rocket is slung underneath the wing between dual fuselages.
It's actually exceptionally easy in KSP. Just attach a set of wings, a jet engine and a decoupler to a small aerospike-powered rocket, and you're good to go.

| I've put an LV-T45 powered delta-wing spaceplane of top of a launcher and achieved orbit with enough fuel to play around with orbits, docking, an stuff, then deorbit and still manage to land @ KSC.
Essentially, build a plane.

| So I made a spaceplane that had its wings fall of upon jet engine cutoff and then engage a main rocket engine. It's fun to fly. | |

| R&D is fun. Three hours in and I've already sent a 1-man ship to the Mun and back, and the research points I got from that funded the technology to then send a 3-man rocket and back. It's cool that you get points for exploring different parts of the Mun. I'll probably get rovers and landers all over that. | |

As soon as I get home, i'm going mad on a KSP .22 career save.
