We'll start with the Midnight-series BULK-35 dropship:

Name: BULK-35 Series: Midnight Class: Dropship Measurements: 46 blocks long, 21 blocks wide, 9 blocks tall Description: The BULK-35 is the first ship in the Midnight series. It contains 8 transport rooms, each one capable to carry at least 6 soliders. It has got a pretty thick hull at the roof and floor, giving it a nice protection from above and below, and the flat design protects it a little from attacks from the sides. It has got pretty few guns, as the main functionallity for this ship is to transport troops inside a planet's atmosphere.

Engine room: the BULK-35 uses Lapotron batteries to power the three AU-79 ion engines and the two computers.
And here's the first battle ship, the HF-22 Blast:

Name: HF-22 Blast Series: Midnight Class: Heavy fighter Measurements: 40 blocks long, 8 blocks high (without turrets), 28 blocks wide. Weaponary: 8x B-120 rotating cannon turrets. The M-22 Blast is a pretty small battle ship, but its cannons are strong and the hull is thick. Mainly used to escort larger ships, and it can carry a total of 8 soliders.

And now, I bring you the first private luxury ship in the history of Futurecraft: The SL-24 Sonic Chill!

Name: SL-24 Sonic Chill Series: Orbital Luxury Price: 700 000 Enu Class: Space Limo Measurements: 24 blocks long, 7 blocks wide, 4,5 blocks high The SL-24 Sonic Chill is the first space limo in the history of Futurecraft! This will give you the respect you deserve as politican or just a very rich person. It fits at least 7 passengers (drivers included), but it hasn't got any weapons or any strong hull, so when the mod comes, it would probably fit in the category "Diplomatic".

A light fighter, the LF-29 Piranha

Name: LF-29 Piranha Class: Light fighter Series: Fleetships Size: 15 Blocks long, 9 Blocks wide, 5,5 Blocks high. Info: The Piranha is a small light fighter with pretty low firepower, used mostly for patrolling or for supporting small ships.

A scouting ship, the LS-04 Falcon

Name: LS-04 Falcon Class: Scout/Heavy fighter Series: Fleetships Size: 38 Blocks long, 25 Blocks wide, 12,5 Blocks high Info: What happens if you take an oversized survival pod and put wings, engines and guns on it? You get a piece of scrap metal, most people would say. But we decided to try, and we are pretty proud of the result. The LS-04 Falcon Heavy fighter is a small and fast ship used mostly for scouting. It can take three persons, and they can live on the ship for weeks without leaving it.

Name: LM-81 Birdie Class: Light mech Series: Army mechs Info: The LM-81 Chicken is a light mech for basic functions, like support and small missions. It has a small rocket launcher, a small, powerfull laser cutter and a basic mech gun.

Here's a heavy attack mech, the HM-76 Gorilla

Name: HM-76 Gorilla Class: Heavy mech Series: Army mechs Info: The HM-76 Gorilla is a heavy attack mech, used as heavy support for ground forces. It may not be so fast when walking, but the large legs gives it the ability to survive long falls and perform great jumps. It has a smaller laser cannon, and two standard mech guns.

A small mining mech, the Gyrnaxx Mine Mech from Degrian

Name: Gyrnaxx Class: Mine mech Series: Degrian Workmechs Info: The new Gyrnaxx Mine Mech from Degrian Industries is a small easy-to-use mech, made to make the life of miners easier! It comes with a plasma-edged spinning saw and a flexible claw with a laser cutter. The miner can be as safe and efficient as with any exo suit, and is available for a much lower prize. A must for any greater mine. The design, on the other hand, is nothing to boast of..

Okay, one thing you want to stay away from are flat fronts, or at least make them as narrow as possible. I'd recommend extending the front about 30 blocks and round the very tip. I do like the rest of the ship though, save for the obsidian. Bear in mind that if you want dark coloring without wool you can always pick up a texpack Imo, obs can be used as detailing fairly well, but too much of it detracts from the design of the ship. And yeah, that'd be a light corvette, though to some it'd be a heavy cruiser...there hasn't really been a set scale decided on as of yet.

Bear in mind that if you want dark coloring without wool you can always pick up a texpack Imo, obs can be used as detailing fairly well, but too much of it detracts from the design of the ship. Nothing's stopping you from writing more than one word save for your distorted definition of 'constructive'. And I'm sure the OP wouldn't want you carrying this argument nonsense into his thread.

I am not ignoring the laws of physics, I just believe that we haven't fully understood them yet.

I suggest that you rethink the design of you new ship, if you where to accelerate to the speed of light in less than a second you would be killed by the mass g forces. So, you would need to slow down the acceleration or encase you pilot in a gel to reduced the massive force created by going that fast.

Remember that the new ship is just made for testing the engine. It is piloted by a computer.
