Conquering entire galaxies and showing the universe the might of your empire or getting owned by a knifer noob week after week because BF3's single player won't last you 12 hours.

Seeing as I already have the capability of conquering entire star systems..but then again I also have BC2 and MW2. BF3 will be cheaper than Rebellion though Neutral

I doubt that. If you've already got trinity, rebellion pre-order is at a discount.

Not to mention that, as I've said, BF3's single player will probably struggle to last 12 hours and the multiplayer will contain a very limited set of maps for you to play over and over and over until they release map packs that you're gonna have to pay extra for.

A single game of Sins, on the other hand, can last you 12 hours. The maps are infinite, Rebellion will be adding new game modes ( last cap ships standing, king of the hell sorta thing, homeworld assault and other stuff ) and games can be incredibly different depending on the map, the number of players and team setups.

Oh, it also has a massive quantity of pre-made maps as well as a map creator.

Honestly, when you're done playing the campaign, will BF3's multiplayer be significantly different from any of the other FPS you've already got?

You make a good point. If I didn't know any better I'd say you were from their marketing team, especially with how much you play the game lol!

Have you noticed any significant slowdowns on your 6950? Basically I'm planning to convince my mom to drive me over to Microcenter and pick up some parts to build a 6850 rig, which would run BF3 just fine, but on this laptop I once tried to enable shadows in Homeworld 2 (another awesome Space RTS) and it didn't go over so well, even though it's from 2003 silent

Last Capital Ship standing sounds extremely fun though. Me and a friend tried that once but the AI kept spamming combat frigates x(

PS: Your new avatar is kinda creepy. The one before sunglasses dude looks best imo.

No, I'm not on their marketing team. You're just really making it easy by compairing it to a modern FPS. Quite simply most modern FPS have gone to shit, and are a copy / paste of each other. Especially the CoD / BF franchises.

ehh, I can think of a few examples, Bad company was kinda special with the comedic atmosphere, and mostly destructible terrain

and hopefully the new halos will be as good as the old ones

and there's metro 2033/last light, but I haven't played most of that one (and none of last light...)

EDIT: what is it saying...?

It's actually the legs and hips that are too small, and the eyes slightly too far appart. Sadly I've already merged all layers and trying to fix it would take too much time.

Hmm.. I'll give it a try anyways...

Yes.

So it was easier than I expected. I've made the head smaller relative to the body, and made the eyes closer to each other, then made the head thinner. Then I made the legs and hips bigger, after that I fixed the holes it left in the background.

The legs are still too low though, and that will be harder to fix. I would fix it but then that means I have to pay this much attention to the other 100 or so drawings I need to put out within 5 weeks and I can't afford that.

DBZ, Bleach, anything with big splosions really.

I had a friend who drew very similarly to DBZ.

Specifically, it is called foreshortening, and it's a tricky thing to get perfect because the human eye is very good at picking up discrepancies in humanoid subjects.
