Is there an server?

1. I just looked around the roleplay part,and I cant find the start?
2. Is there an post witch has the important story's listed?
3. I have read something about a tech tree is there an easy to understand list?For well....everything.
4. If it comes out would I be able to ust step into a faction/whatever its called, or make an own whithout problems.
5. Wouldnt it anoying if someone kills every new faction/whatever if we can make new ones.
