A server!

I had an idea, if someone(Not me) can create a server, then the developers can use the players as guinea pigs Beta testers, and were all happy! The developers get to see what works and what doesnt, all in a community that (almost) perfectly replicates what people(may) do when the mod is released, and the players get to play an amazing mod, AND prepare for the release, so when the mod is released, this server has a completely unfair advantage!
So, if anybody knows how to make a server, and is willing, or already has a server, post here!

If someone has a server that is capable of hosting a 10-20 man server, I'd be down with this idea, having a tester server isn't a bad idea at all. It's just not practical for us as none of us are making money off this, we can't really ask anyone to spend personal money on one.

The SQL server that will be doing the middle man stuff will need a more permanent home at some point as well, it currently is running off my web host that I'm using for a website

Anyway, its a thought, we''ll have to see what we can come up with.

My friend owns a 10-max server that we play on, I could probably convince him to let us test a few things on it every now and then, but no one other then us and a few friends of ours play on it, it wouldnt be very good for anything other than testing stuff.

That'd probably work. Once Frost and I get to a point where we can release an alpha, we'll bring this topic back up.

I have a 10+ year old computer that runs a website in my basement... If you were really desperate lol.

Me and my cousin, (he plays on my account ,and I bought it original owner, he is co-ownerlol)and we are planning on getting a small server(He`ll get a minecraft account for himself if I start running a server).I would love to let you guys use it, just need to earn most of the money myself, because my cousin is buying a mousin nagant for like $400(He loves guns).
