| Hello there,
I (& My server) would like to apply for testing. We've got; 1GB RAM, 16 Slots, Multicraft, 24/7, unlimited bandwidth and can get a MySQL database if needed. IP will be PM'ed if accepted. (Or not, if you say so)
Thanks for looking,
PureLiquid
P.S. We can upgrade to more RAM & slots if necessary.

| Although I did see his models, and they looked pretty good.
In the meantime, we could use a proper build server. The current server situation is such a mess, I don't go into the Server Stuff section anymore.

| I'm pretty much finished, but I think it looks more like a futuristic soldier then a Battle bot... Was trying to combinate them, but looks like it didn't go so wel.. Anyway, here it is The glass of the helmet has gradient, but looks like it isn't really visible on the screen. EDIT : If you have any drawing / picture or something else that you want it to look like, send me and i'll stop with this 1 & start on a new. | |

| Its a good soldier look, but i thought the battlebots were going to be more like giant walkers.
Howerver, i think that would be PERFECT for a new armor model.

| Awesome My first idea for the battlebot was some changes in the player model (Small machine gun arm, head a bit in the body) , but that didn't really work out, so I started on that 1. Oh, and I'm pretty sure I can make a walker, i'll start on it after the texturing of the other model ;D | |

Howerver, i think that would be PERFECT for a new armor model. I agree. It's not a battlebot, but it is cool. When you say the visor has gradient, does that mean it can be translucent? That would be cool.

| No, I dont mean that, I dont even know if that's possible for minecraft (If it is, tell me & i'll try to make it transpharant) With gradient I mean that its just not 1 colour orange (lightning & stuff) | |

With gradient I mean that its just not 1 colour orange (lightning & stuff) I don't think it is. Minecraft allows transparency in some places, but if you make a skin/texture only partially transparent it automatically makes it opaque.

| Can you make the legs with backwards facing knee joints? I am a sucker for that design in mechwarrior games. | |

U mean like this? Looks pretty nice, I'll get right on it ;D EDIT : I finished the backwards knee's, but I dont think they look good. I think they'd look much much better on walkers.

| I completely Agree with you in this point. But it should Be Known that Legs are Incredible Inefficient So I would suggest Jump boots instead of Foots Making The robots To Sprinters and Not To walkers. | |

| I think the problem is that it's too humanoid. This is a battlebot. There's no good reason it has to look like a person. The first one would be a great exosuit, and the one with the reverse legs could work like the cargo loader in Aliens, but they don't look like combat robots. | |

I can't get my mind around how the heck that would work. Taking one step would imbalance the entire machine. Taking one step unbalances you, so your point is null and void.
