The Banhammer

No, this should not be in the Off-Topic section, because it is the name of your glorious flagship!!!

Now, unlike a lot of other ships on the server, this one will take a lot of time and effort, as I want a high attention to detail, as well as a full interior.

Now, I have the initial plans for it, however after taking a picture using my phone and trying for half an hour to email to myself so I can upload it, I don't think it is worth it.


The first thing I need to do is assemble a team. A dedicated, hardworking team. If anybody would like to be a part of one of the greatest builds every, please say so. And say what you would like to work on, there is: general exterior, detailing exterior, general interior, red stone interior, building the smaller ships that go with it, and strategic weapons and armament placing (essentially, building all the weapons and fighter/ship/mech suit bays).

The team so far:

Project leader: Me (of course!)
Redstone: Tiel, ACH0255 (a bit), hiloser12221
Interior: The lord of Error
Exterior general: Hyperlite (a bit)
Exterior detail: Hyperlite
Weapons: Hyperlite (a bit)
Smaller ships: ACH0255


Now, despite the fact that I said the Futurecraft Imperial Navy will be built using a style similar to Pat's, I have decided against it. Nor will it be my sleek, elegant style of old. Instead it will be a sharp, jagged, pointy alien style.

As a general description of the Banhammer, imagine a lobster claw. No make it perfectly symmetrical. Add an elongated dome to the "palm" of the claw. Now, added an undulating serrated edge along the outside of the claw, with three individual serrations along it. If you are me, you will have a fairly accurate representation. If not, too bad.


Any questions? Any advice on what should be added to it? Any idea how to upload my design?

Actually. I think I may build a 1:20 (so 50 blocks long) version on the server, to show you what I'm talking about.

By uploading my picture I mean that I drew it on a piece of paper. I then took a photo of it using my phone, then tried to email to myself, so I can access it on the computer. I was then going to download the photo then re-upload it onto Image Shack, so I can show you all.

I would be willing to build some of the ships surrounding it, and some redstone. I know some doors, even one that doesn't mar the outside

I would love to help out with redstone. I know you already have someone, but 2 is usually better than 1 am I right?

I can do some of the interior. Just tell me what you want, but make it in vague terms.

I just saw the drawing, and why not 4 prongs, with 2 more, 1 above and below. If you arent getting me, this is what it would look like from the front. Each period is the tip of a spike thing.

You all should be pleased to know I've made a scale model of the Banhammer on the server. It is a 1:20 scale model, and is 2/3 done. If someone could carefully clone one wing onto the other side, I would appreciate it.
