This question has been boggling and puzzling me for ages, but, How will Corners be handled?

I know from tests with the MC engine that the Game doesn't register Corners where two blocks are diagonal from eachother. For example...

O= Air X= Block

X X
O X
Will block TNT damage, whereas

X
O X
Won't block TNT damage

Or will space spread like water, unable to go through those junctions?

Space will spread like creative water in 0 g. And I sure hope they will let us use corners.

Why would air leak out through the second example? There is no space for it to get through.

Ah. that makes a LOT of sense. Glad I don't have to redesign my ships... Anyway, thanks.
