| Military: The 3rd Fleet is being mobilized. It will warp to the Indvidus System, one jump away from the Codice Fleet and Cavnin. 3rd Fleet Ships: - Spoiler:
Apollo Class Dreadnought Iron Hammer (Flagship) 16 Nike Class Heavy Cruisers 22 Daedalus Class Medium Cruisers 34 Invictus Class Destroyer 42 Omaha Class Frigates 6 Leonidas Class Scout Carriers 5 Reprisal Class Fleet Carriers 3 Elephant Class Heavy Transports
Civil: The petition for citizens to own hand-grenades failed. Stock prices are up 4%. Research: Beginning to upgrade Project Hammer Ultra (Fenway if you don't remember what that is, PM me.) //TRANSMISSION TO THE PERFECTUM CODICE COUNCIL// The Orion Confederation suggests not forcibly removing Cavnin super-ships or damaging Cavnin property. Either use a trade embargo to hurt them through economic means, or negotiate a cease-fire and an acceptable agreement for the decommissioning of the super-ships. //TRANSMISSION END//

| Meridian flight deck reports success, the newest models of stealth fighters are being fitted for combat. The UTF Blacksting is capable of threatening ships as big as a frigate, thus allowing the Exsolutus to carry out a wider range of missions. Thanks to this technology Oracle is now capable of not only detecting crucial strike moments but also gather enough firepower to execute a plan. Oracle finds these upgrades sufficient and is now ready to resume planning.
At this moment the UTN's 4th fleet of Alpha Centauri is preparing to receive a new shipment of 8 UTC Rigos Class assault cruisers with slight modifications of the main cannon to give it more range, favoring artillery engagements over close quarters. The construction of the ships will begin shortly.

| :::ARK-1::: :::HIGH SECURITY COMPLEX [Encrypted]:::
It was time, their project was finally complete, the specimen was ready, all they had to do was flip the switch and wake it up.
Omega had informed Zero of the projects success, and while Zero had initially been severely pissed off with Omega for continuing with "that abomination producing freakshow" he was surprised it had worked, and had to express some admiration for the fact that had actually pulled it off.
But there was something else worrying Zero, something felt deeply wrong about it, but he couldn't quite explain what.
Omega and Zero were standing by the fluid filled tube, waiting for the technicians to give the awakening mechanism the green light.
"Are you sure this has worked exactly how you hoped it would? Have you been able to test psychic potential?" Zero asked Omega
"We have verified its psychic signature to be identical to yours Zero, its a perfect copy" Omega replied
"Perfect? It's scales are grey, mine are blue, shouldn't it's be blue?"
"Minor reaction with the suspension fluid, seems to have decolourised the scales" Omega replied
"Well do we at least have a name for it?" Zero asked
"Experiment 115-h"
"How would you feel if you were called a number for your entire life?"
"Indifferent"
"Well I can tell you it's not pleasant, I've gotten used to it, but this one doesn't have to, give him a proper name"
"Uuuh, Zero two?" Omega proposed
Zero face palmed
"Ok, numbers are a no, I get it, well it's scales have turned grey, can Grey be a name?" Omega asked
"Well done, we've gone from numbers to colours, still fairly awful, but I guess I'm not getting anything better out of you"
"Grey it is then" Omega confirmed.
Almost as if on cue, the technicians started the awakening sequence. The fluid in the tube drained out, leaving the Skytherian, Grey, slumped on the floor, numerous tubes and cables connected to him. The glass tube lifted up, and all but one of the cables disconnected, the last one attached carried a pulse of energy into the Skytherian's body, then disconnected and retracted into the ceiling.
Grey's eyes flickered open, half dazed
"Wha- what's going on?"

| OOC: I don't know where Fenway is... possibly on vacation. I need this battle to happen because it is key to continuing my personal story. So i'm kinda stuck for the time being. I really want to give him a deadline that if he is not back by, I win by default. All I need is for him to declare fleet specifics.

OOC: well it can be assumed its going to end with your carriers getting broken and the codice taking a medium to large sized dump on whatever forces are present. So unless somebody pitches in with a new hidden, non asspull superweapon then I don't see any other way it'll end. But it's alway more fun to play the battle out.

| Military : Construction of Blade and Scarlet class frigates being put on max priority, At least 100 of each type are on the project. Military Construction 2 : Construction of border patrol outposts has began. The bases are going to support at least 30 people on permanent life on space,as well as 2 Frigates and 1 Cruiser. The objective is a early warning system and control of what comes in and out of the systems. Military Research: The new LADAR technology is being tested, being effective to pinpoint location of artillery targets and working very well against non-Darkstar cloaking systems. --------------- HIDDEN ACTION : xxx Military Movement : Two stealth flootillas are moving . One is going to join the Orion Confederation Fleet near the Codice Fleet, the other is jumping two systems away. Both are near equal - Spoiler:
34 Scarlet frigates 3 Wolfhound carriers 6 Everest cruisers 2 Noxus battleships 12 Firestorm Artillery frigates. [This one is with the Confed]
13 Scarlet frigates 3 Wolfhound carriers 6 Everest cruisers 1 Noxus battleships 3 Firestorm Artillery frigates. 8 Mini-Yard construction ships [This one has jumped away]

| OOC: Screw it, Fenway you lost, all supercarriers survived, few battleships gone, all ships can return to where they were. You started something, and i'm finishing it. I'M MOVING FORWARD!!! BIC: It has been a hollow victory as there is still a war to be fought. Border security is being increased and the suppercarriers now have massive escorts. More and more ships, vehicles, and drones are being produced for the war. The economy is striking a bit of a blow but nothing the Cavnin can't recover from. Ships and resources are being shared between E.C. members. | |

| OOC: someone decide if the Cavnin actually won, if they have we are going the nuke the everlasting fuck out of the codice and steal the Archetype back. The real one.
If you didn't win, which is more likely, we'll, put that operation off for later.

| ALRIGHT CALM DOWN PEOPLE, THIS IS GOING NOWHERE GOOD.That is what you get for not keeping tabs on everything like I did in the 2nd empire RP, guess all those who complained about me thinking too much about numbers can see now that it is impossible without them (in your face ). That is why it will be a good idea to stop all that nonsense now and actually implement a proper counting system or we are about to end exactly (and I mean EXACTLY) like the first empire RP. I was working on balancing the resources last empire RP and pretty much had a good formula that will allow us to keep track of fleets in a very realistic way yet not burdening ourselves with numbers and calculation at all (in fact all you need is one number for that). | |

| By the number systems are even harder to keep track of, trust me I know how it was to run the into the void RP, which was solely based on numbers, and while it was ok while it lasted, I simply could not maintain it.
I think the best way we resolved battles that worked was how we were doing it in the empire RP, where boths sides encrypted their tactics, and an external GM decided the outcome based on these. Perhaps we could refine that?

| Wont work when you got a resin fleet that you can just enlarge at will. No matter how good your tactics are if they just keep on coming you will get nowhere. It is not as hard as you describe it, you just need to be consistent and don’t let it pile up ... Believe me I already did it partially in the second empire RP, now I hope to implement it fully. The beauty of RPs is that they allow you to do things out of the box using words as your sword and shield, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be clear rules of engagement. Without keeping track of the current situe it becomes impossible to run an RP. | |

| Perhaps a combination of the two? Numbers to manage the fleet, encrypted tactics for the battles. | |

| OFC that is natural, I never said otherwise ! After all it was I who invented that method , numbers are purely to make sure you don't have unlimited resources, that is WHAT you work with, HOW you work with is purely up to you. | |

| Uh guys, you are trying to solve a currently nonexistant problem. The reason this went sour was because I got impatient when Fenway wasn't here to give his fleet count. So I just said he lost because I have no idea what is fleet looks like. | |

| You didn’t only face Fenway (in fact you didn’t face him directly at all) if I recall correctly , it is obvious however that if I jump my fleet to you for example you will jump in a fleet twice as big and declare victory, nothing bad in that it is only natural that you desire to win, all I say that this way won’t get you anywhere.
Even if this problem will be avoided at this time it is obvious that there is a problem, pushing it aside and hoping it will solve itself won’t get you anywhere either.

Yes but I have the right to declare my fleet size because you/he made the first move, therefore I get to see the fleet, then I send in the appropriate response a few minutes later. Also I'm looking at this through the eyes of my empire. I don't have the desire to win, the Cavnin do. If I had the desire to win against anyone it would be CMA (thats right ACH, you got demoted).
