Give them a good spin. Spinning missiles and rockets fly straighter. Quirk of physics.
And Jeb seems to be unkillable by any normal means, though I advise you not to let him take up tap dancing. Even in space?

A challenge! To all KSP'ers. Build a functional (floating) Aircraft/Spacecraft carrier. Must float on water at the very least. Achievements:We can do it All- Floats, flies, and drives. All Hands on Deck- Standing crew of 3 or more. Holding it's Own- Armed with defenses or offensive weapons (mods are optional). Mobile Inn- 2 or more craft docked at one time. Old School- Stock parts only Long Legs-Circumnavigate Kerbin or travel to the Mun (pick one).

| Qualifying for All Hands on Deck, Hold Its Own, and Long Legs, I present to you the AISV-12 Vesuvius. - Spoiler:
The Vesuvius is an Armed Interstellar Vessel, the Twelfth in the "Volcano" line of warships. Armed with a pair of 4 kiloton-yield railcannon, four System-Level Interdiction Missiles (Nuclear), and a pair of GAU-19 point-defense clusters, this vessel is commanded by Captain Jebediah Kerman and is in orbit of the gas giant Jool. Powered by a cluster of fusion engines, this ship has the reaction mass to reach any and all of the nearest stars in a reasonably timely manner. The 13th vessel in the series, the Helens, will feature missile bays that will contain much shorter-ranged Orion-class "streak" short-ranged assault missiles (SRAM). Mass: 240 tons Thrust: 8,000 Armament: 2 4-kt RC-4 Railcannon 4 SLM(N)-2 missiles Defenses: 2 3-GAU GAU-19 point defense autocannon (20mm) Obfuscation Shield Laser Dispersal Gas System Thick Armor

... My findings suggest greatly that "loke" is not a word in the English dictionary.
