Ground troops set up a perimeter around the portal, preparing to suppress anything that sets foot (or whatever) out of the portal.

In the core room, Prototype downloads his consciousness into a heavy battle rig, built to imitate the former MK-IV Lamentor, minus the organic components.

The rig drops out the bottom of an orbiting Bruiser class.

A team equipped with string detection apparatus try to lock on to the portal, in an attempt to destabilise it, unless they can lock the portal, anything that steps outside will be indestructible, but completely damageable.

With only a small fire team surrounding the incursion point, support troops as dropped from orbit, estimated time until portal is operational: 4 minutes and counting

Prototype's rig lands four miles out, troops that have already landed rush to greet, but are quickly ordered to give support

As a rule of thumb, to use the human expression, RTSs don't usually have much dialogue.

Dafuq do you mean? Every time you click on a unit you get dialogue!

Monologue. A dialogue needs two people, and the player never responds.

The C&C series has always had a ton of dialogue... I use them as the bar to which all other RTS are compared. Except for Total Annihilation and SupCom.
