I´ll just tell you what you did wrong.
1)Describe your military more accurate. If you have 500 000 people working at your military, then it´s really small, but 500 000 ships would be incredibly out of place for the scale we use here.
2)Lower your tech. I know you said you can´t interact with someone, so you got the principe of our OP-policy, but why bother even making a faction then? LJSI does that, but as far as I´ve heard, they will change it.
3)You may be from another universe, but be reasonable. If you can interact with us, then it is propably because you got sent to this universe by accident. Also, if you really want to make it the "we warped into this universe"-way, make your universe have another cosmic integrity or whatever and have you interdimensional warp-drives not function anymore, disableing from getting back.
4)the Black-Hole thing propably interferes with this universes physics as well.
Also, give more details and a backstory.
We can´t interact with you if we don´t know who you are and a name and some numbers won´t help us with knowing who we´re dealing with.

They can´t react to you if you stay in your universe because then noone even knows about your existence.
It´s always the creator of a faction that has to make the first step.

People can´t declare war on you or ally you if you don´t exist in the canon universe.
Also, you still have no history.

Please Appelslt, I understand that you are upset about Ivan telling you how to make your faction, but he is right.
But you can't just make things up here, you have to follow simple logic and the laws of physics.
So please follow Ivan's suggestions. It will be better for everyone, including yourself.

Regardless of the rules not being available for now, they still apply, and I only told you how you would contribute to them.
and about the history: Any faction is described by its history. Show us your history and we will be able to know who you are.
If you don´t want to join the RP right now, why not use the time until you do with perfecting your faction?
Also, the main unwritten rule of this forum is: "Give reviews and take them. If you get positive reviews, be happy, if you get negative reviews, see them as a tip to improve your whatever-it-is-about. Also give your negative reviews as an advice of how to improve stuff." that´s pretty much followed by anyone and if you don´t wanna do it that way as well, then the internet in general and this forum in specific are no place for you to contribute.
If you want to contribute positively here, you will have to take criticism.

Well, when Fenway first stated he found out that the forum rules are gone (after I told him with PM) he looked at you, so I did as well.

I think some of Vinyl's pony porn might have gotten moved there, but other then that no. Does Forumotion even have a read-only option? That might be the problem. In any case, I think it makes sense to have a more private development area. I think stuff like ban councils probably should be more open, but at the same time it's probably better not to know who voted to ban whom.

PHPbb is very comprehensive. I do believe I've glimpsed an option for that before in the forums I've managed.
