Cave Story:
It's a sidescrolling shooter with retro-ish graphics. Available for free on computer, with wii, 3ds, and Steam ports.

Guns of Icarus
Steampunk shooter, team-based fighting on airships. Later planned to be extended into a freeform adventure multiplayer thing.

The Dead Linger
Planned to be a free roam zombie survival game, no download as of yet. Keep an eye on it, looks like it might be fun.
