He said he was leaving and didn't want to pay for it. I understand this, but he could have added a few ads or made it a free version. In short, we need to reactivate this forum.

Dead and gone, unless Tiel is going to bring the forum back. Don't get TOO panicked, this could be a major misunderstanding and Tiel could be doing maintainence or something.

I don't think you understand. Moving the forums to a free host would have only compounded the problems experienced, and literally no ad company wanted to have anything to do with the site.

I spent months planning that site, designing it, and then pulling money out of my own pocket to make it a reality. I never asked for anything in return, because I wanted to community to have a better, more stable platform for discussion. Recent events have shown that the community I made that forum for no longer exists, and I've thus retracted my support of it so as to not squander my finances on something I have no vested interest in.

If anyone purchases a webhosting plan and would like the files, contact me.

MySQL errors, double posting in chat, etc. They were much more of a problem when the site was temporarily on a free host, as they are for webpages, not forums with dozens of requests per minute.

If its not too late, I think we could deal with those. We could eventually find some way of getting advert payment too.

Well that is exactly why I wanted to keep this forum all tidy, now all those who greifed it have a look at those pages, I hope you feel bad at the least. It will be nice actually if LJS takes on himself to clean that place up and make it habitable because honestly I don't wanna look at it in this state on a daily basis.

Tiel, don't you think we could throw the files up on a free webhost until we get the funds to host it on a decent server? I would host it myself, but I only get 5 bucks a week, which just isn't enough.

Also, how large are the files?
