I know they are mostly pretty harmless, I was just playing on their bad reputation.

Oh please, he's just a big kitten! He wouldn't harm a fly! I bet i could poke him with a stick for hours on end and he would never even flinch! or i could just drone on and on and on for hours and hours on end about shoes or clothes and he would suffer it without harming me in the.............

Not specifically disproved by Mythbusters, but they showed that a stream of urine cannot transmit electricity back to the person, which makes this impossible.

Yes they do. They wouldn't bite a human, but they are carnivores.

What the Mythbusters showed was that urinating on the electric rail in a subway wouldn't kill you, because the stream of urine doesn't stat together enough to transmit electricity. If your uncle was standing very close to the cow fence, it's possible that the shortened distance allowed it to hold together momentarily for the entire distance. I don't have a link to the episode. Urinating off a cliff should have the same problems as the electric rail, but more so because the distance is much longer.
