 Engines, Reactors, Stuff that goes zap

Ok so lets start out with engines, Basicly lets take IC and drag it up to spaceage.

Generator
-Standerd IC Generator, Weak, At most a backup Generator incase of ship power failure.
Fission Reactor
-Works somewhat like the nucular reactor in IC, Insert Uranium (Anda few other coolants and such) Get power, Is effective but requires radiation proof suit otherwise you might grow a thrid arm, Or die.
Fusion Reactor
-Cheap Cleanish Power, Simply provide with Hydrogen Gas and bam cheap plentiful power. Still requires a rad suit though.
Anti-Matter Reactor
-(How on earth you got Anti-Matter I dont know) Provide with some substance (Dirt and up) and Antimatter (Still where did you get this stuff?) and bam so much power, However if the containers holding the antimatter are damaged your ship will become an insta-gone.

Then some zappy stuff

Phaser Blocks
-Block that can be placed in a ring around your ship, Has 100% accuaracy however requires large ammounts of energy to fire (Like lots)
Mining Laser
-Think Tekkit but bigger mounted on a ship laser, Provide with power and aim it will destroy block sand suck up the items to the ship would need a chest or something to put items in other wise it just spews them all over.
Telsa Coil
-Self explainatory

Some important stuff
Lifesupport Sheild
-Provide with power and it will encase the ship its on in a sheild that allows you to breath and exist in space, However if this goes down and you dont have a lifesuit you will die instantly.
Lifesuit
-When worn allows you to survive in space or other unlivable enviroments.

Ok that sa ton of ideas in alot of small sentances, If this sounds utterly horible and misspelled alot its because its 1AM right now and I suck at typing at 1AM.

Why not solar? Also, a ship uses its hull to contain the O2, not a shield. If the hull is breached, then you want some sort of shield.

Hmm solar, Maybe...
And the sheild is meant more for hangers and incase of emergency (Hole in the ship).

Solar, wind, h fuel cell, hydroelectric, etc.

Not in space, though you could use radiation from a star of other energetic source to propel something using a solar sail. Is this only for ships and stations and things in space?

Well no, But it would seem somewhat inefishent to use wind power unless you were planning to be in atmospheres for the majority of the time.

Also random idea
Space Servers
Esentialy a big empty chunk of void with a jump gate and maybe astroid belts.
-Basicly a place for fightouts

I don't think that anyone would want to host a space server. A normal FC server should contain a large expanse of empty space for battles and such. Wind turbines wouldn't be mounted on the ship, they would be used to power whatever is on the ground without costing resources.
