| We all should know that the things mentioned in the headline will be added. but no one here actually discusses about designs. I have decided to open a new topic for that purpose because I haven´t found any fitting thread. Until the Devs say otherwise, I would prefer inspirational pics from sci-fi serieses (is that the plural of series?). also it might be not a good Idea to use anything bigger than a HAV/w. I´ll make a start: - Spoiler:
a walker another walker a sentry

| Small idea walkers should be crafted to a certain size then you can also build very large ones out of blocks but only so big. | |

That would be an epic starfighter, would it not? NO to alien. I like the design. It is aerodynamic and futuristic in one.

| Some of you don't get it. How would you make a walker out of blocks?
I mean, the bodies okay, but the legs...

| Why don't you decompile Spore and see how they did it? | |

| First of all, reverse engineering native binaries is incredibly difficult, and secondly, it's already pretty clear what they did. It's called Inverse Kinematics, and it's a major branch of mathematics in the field of robotics. Futurecraft will probably end up using it a bit at some point. | |

I mean, the bodies okay, but the legs... Crafting table legs Problem=solved. All you do craft 'em in your work bench and then slap em on your walker.

| I was thinking that you attach a joint block to the body, which the legs can be placed on. Same with the knee, but you use a knee block. When you have built it, you then need to define the upper and lower leg (and foot) of the walker, Each part must contain one joint block, around which the rest of the part will rotate. The part defined as "foot" will always stay parallel to the ground, and the upper legs will move like they would in an animal. | |

Your money isn't even good enough to exchange... But for Minecraft exchanger, a diamond would be worth about 15,000 K'lii
