Deflectors

Acutally, asteroids in real life are not pure diamond. Diamonds are only made deep in the the earth when they're compressed from millions of tons of pressure over thousands of years. The vast majority of asteroids would not have had those thousands of years, nor the necessary minerals, to form diamonds before a massive collision sent the hurtling into the planet. Insfact, most meteors/asteroids contain traces of iron. And iron will become more needed than gold.

Ok, it doesnt need to be in the earth, but still, an incredibly low amount of asteroids contain sizeable diamonds, thougg many do contain extremely microscopic ones. Again, nothing that can really be tangible. Thing of it has having some powdered shalk, but diamonds. What he is saying makes it sound like asteroids are made out of solid diamond.

Seriously. We do not need diamonds, we will get enough from inside the Earth. Iron on the other hand is quite useful.

Iron IS very useful, and will be worth as much as diamonds en bulk with this mod due to the need for hundreds of iron blocks.

WTH does this have to do with deflector shields anyway?
