| Hello all! This is my particular build thread, to show off all my creations. First off: The Space Control Center! This particular building was quite fun to build actually, though it originally began as a refuge from all the blasted Slimes that inhabit my superflat world. - Spoiler:
Additionally, it makes a great launch platform for cruise missiles... - Spoiler:
Now with defensive laser wall and a high-speed railway... - Spoiler:
And here's the Commandant's Spire with built-in elevators, servers, computers, radars, large desks and comfy armchairs, and, given that this is in a new superflat, the Spire will soon extend some eighty meters below the surface, as it currently rests at level 128+. - Spoiler:

| Space control center? It seems more the size of a missle itself right now as opposed to a launcher. An outpost, perhaps. | |

| It's like the Air Traffic Control tower in an airport, Tiel...
And obviously larger than a missile. It's 10 stories tall.

| A projectile from the Novalith is 10 times that size, and I'm assuming here that intergalactic warheads would be larger than modern day ICBMs, which already get bigger than 10 stories if memory serves.
But where does this go, then? To manage space traffic it'd have to be larger to accommodate the controllers needed for that sort of thing.

| Tiel...
THIS...
IS...
(not)
SINS!
It's a regular-sized Tomahawk.
Any rate, STC is mostly automated. And the building goes underground a ways (to bedrock, actually...)

| Yes, but cruise missiles would be no good against shields and couldn't exit atmosphere. What'd be the point of that? Also, icwutudidthar on the 'extends to bedrock' comment, given that bedrock in Superflat is 3 blocks down from the surface | |

| Yeah, but it can probably only launch one bloody big missile since it's hardly bigger than a rocket itself.
General, BOO YA! | |

I used to have 5 novalith cannons on my singleplayer SoSE world. I fired all of them at once. Zooming out, I could see that they all hit their targets within 30 seconds of each other. It was 2 minutes spent oohing and aahing. They are like beautiful planet sized fire works! Then I tried firing them all at the same planet. :X *more oohs and aahs* While I was doing this, one by one every one of my planets was attacked... and lost... CURSE YOU NOVALITH FIRE WORK LAUNCHER!!!

| All I have to say is that I'm really happy with my current worldgen, and am looking forward to finishing my SAM emplacements and my minigun sentries and the new laser wall, so that I can take Minecraft off of Peaceful and WATCH IT ALL BURN.
Well, by that I mean the SAMs, Minis and laser wall on my new world ^_^ the one with the Spire... in the OP.

Does the Novalith have any connection to the Megalith from Ace Combat 04? RERAIL *banhammer* Nice facilities you got there, it would be a ssssssssssssssssshame if something were to happen to it.....
