It's a scraper. A crawler recognized the format of the phpBB and copied all of its contents for some reason. Probably trying to confuse people into going there instead to collect ad revenue. I see them all the time googling programming questions. Normally there is stack overflow and a couple other message boards that everyone uses, and then there are dozens of these scraper sites with cloned versions of the thread. Its annoying because they make it harder to find real hits, but otherwise they are harmless.
