Luna never said you were out, she just said she´s not sure and left the decision to me.
There are only two requirements:

a) Accept that membership in the EC means an alliance in the official RP (once it is available again), meaning that you are required to take part in EC plans and have to assist other EC members in times of need (in return, they´ll of course assist you)

b) Drop leadership in that other alliance you made. Altough I appreciate a neutral group, I think the UGC (altough not present on this forum) already fills that role and it would cause potential trouble if someone was in two alliances. (though you can change that alliance into a semi-membership group for the EC if you want to stay in charge there)

Point a) also applies to Solar if you are to ever join the RP.

Also replace the anthem with this:

I think it fits, considering the main reason the EC was founded was to give factions/people who approve of the 'pony'-way a united power to defend themselves from the Strigiforme (and other) agressors. Its purpose still is quite similar, so I guess we can keep it.
Also 'This is War' doesn´t really sound like a very good somg to roll into battle with nor to play during peace. Ergo not a good anthem.
While 'They Don't Care About Us' does deliver quite some determination and we can still change it when we do manage to get to a stage where we don´t have to fight for the independance the Strigiforme are currently trying to take away from us.

I think we should just forget lyrics in total if we are going for an anthem. I updated the OP for the logo but anthem is still running. Not sure how Tiel got all the support, Tau calls us a circlejerk and then Cats joins in yet I don't know why.
