Also, tiel, I was suggesting it for the battle between the ABB and whoever else, it'd probably be easy to mod and change the names. ABB could be Austria, and the bronies could be... some sub-saharan african nation, I don't know.

Well, MewTwo on its own might not be capable of taking on Alicorns.
But I doubt even Discord can handle Arceus, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina at the same time.

ACTUALLY Arceus is more like Pokemon-God.

While Mewtwo was the 'strongest pokemon ever' in 1st gen. Pokemon, Arceus has been established as canonically uberpowered.
Have you seen the movie 'Arceus and the jewel of life'? In that movie, Arceus fights and defeats Dialga, Palkia and Giratina simultaniously.

Now, take the power of Dialga, Palkia and Giratina.

Each one is anchored to dimensional integrity and is powerful enough to dimension-warp entire cities or more.

A being capable of defeating all three of those could be identified as 'impossible to defeat'.
Mewtwo on the other hand had a stalemate with a mew, which may be very powerful, but not even coming close to Arceus.

Pokemon are adorable, someone needs to genetically engineer a picachu or something

In the movie it was shown Arceus relied upon its plates for power, and could technically be killed if they were destroyed IIRC.

Without his plates, Arceus is pretty vulnerable.
However, in the Mewtwo VS Arceus scenario, Mewtwo would first have to detach the plates from Arceus (which requires heavy demage beign inflicted upon Arceus) and then destroy them.

Mewtwo however would have a major drawback by not being able to harm Arceus with any psychic-type attacks before that due to his dark-type plate while other attacks would be fairly ineffective due to his other plates.
In conclusion, Mewtwo could not defeat Arceus on its own.

Actually, Arceus was never shown as being readily able to destroy the world, choosing it lazor things, MewTwo was about to turn the world into Chaos when Ash arrived in the first movie.
