That looks like a man dressed up as a princess . Also, Luna's a pony, and that's a human.
And the pic clearly shows a humanized Luna. It counts as on-topic as it is a version of a canon pony. ALSO, OCs count if they are done in the style of FIM.

I don't know, at least half of bronydom is on deviantart. If you see a collective outcry on deviantart that derpy's out of the show, derpy's out of the show.

It might just be a major rumor. I don´t know tough... Whatever, even if she doesn´t feature in any Season 4 episode, there will still be enough fan-made material.
