So, here I am, browsing the Kerbal Space Program forums, when I venture into the Off-Topic section there and find a topic called "Limit Theory, New Space Sim on Kickstarter!". I, being a space-sim freak, was intrigued, and clicked. I read. I ventured to the kickstarter page- and my head exploded.

Looks awesome and he said the first 3 months of development were developed on a laptop with horrible gaming graphics, and it had decent FPS (60) on medium.

Yeah, except he said he had a Core 2 Duo and Intel HD 3000.

For those of you whom aren't tech savvy, a Core 2 Duo is a 2009 Intel CPU. An HD 3000 is a GPU found only inside Intel's Ivy and Sandy Bridge processors, released in 2012 and 2011, respectively. And no, you cannot remove it and put it inside another CPU chip, which is the only way this guy's setup would make any sense.

Could be a mistype, but for something this ambitious I dunno. One would think a person promising this much of a game would know a little more about PCs.

He's been working on it, read the progress log. It has more progress than we do. The game works right now, just needs content and such.

i5-3210M at 2.5Ghz, 4GB RAM, but integrated graphics, on a laptop.

I hope they make it moddable, 'cause I'll need something akin to OptiFine.
