| well, i just got done playing the whole game, and experienced all of it, within 5-6 hours. Also, i found there was no equivalent to forge world from halo reach in the game, and there are no Aerial vehicles for the UNSC except in campaign
ignore the the halo reach on the poll

| WARNING: ACTUAL SPOILERS- Spoiler:
I think they took it in the wrong direction, making the campaign not Halo-y enough and leaving a virtual goldmine untouched. The untapped resource I speak of is the covenant loyalists and post-Schism separatist governments, as well as the sate of the humans. There could have been a large section of campaign devoted to these, lengthening the campaign, adding to lore, setting up more of a foundation for the game, and generally making it better. The main antagonist was too simplistic and contained practically none of the Didact from Cryptum an Primordium, which is disappointing.

I agree with you exactly. I also don't like fighting the forerunner as much as the Covenant. It did not seem very Halo at all. If they went down the road with a crazy separatist leader and he was attacking the Elite home world of Sangheili that would be awesome. It was still cool how in the last level how you can see earth. Also the music in the game is very good. The CGI they did was phenomenal, I thought Doctor Halsey was a real actor in the first long cut scene.

| Contrary to what I said on the other halo thread, I have actually played halo 4, all I can say it that the graphics are amazing, but that's about it, multiplayer is more like what I would expect from CoD, and it just lacks, well, I don't know but it just isn't as fun as bungie halo, the graphics are amazing, but that's it.
Not bad, but not great either, too much time wasted on improving graphics instead of working on gameplay.
Bring back Bungie, they knew how to make a good halo. | |

Exaggeration. 343 existed long before Bungie quit, probably only three or so guys transferred to it after their company left. Even then, I doubt 343 would have listened to the Bungie guys telling them how to make a game..commercial development on this scale simply doesn't work that way. | |

It should've started out as you playing as an ODST or Spartan IV hunter-killer working with the Sangheili to to hunt down the last of the loyalists. You find that the loyalist's strength and numbers are growing and they start belching stuff about the forerunners returning. Then more stuff happens. | |
