Veteran Subforum

New subforum only veterans can access. How long you have to be here, I don't know, I just want something away from... them...

This is all in my proposal, you know.

I'm just waiting for Shiva to implement it.

I think I read that, thought it was a good idea, forgot where I saw it, and made this post.

Ah. Okay, so any active member with over 100 posts.

In my proposal, I suggested that all new members start out in some category called "New Users" or something. New Users can only post in the Ideas Center and the Ship Design Area. Every week or so, the moderators look through the new users and promote the ones that seem like they will be good additions to the community. Once they're promoted, they become full members will all the abilities members currently have.

Veterans should be decided by moderators. I would like to keep it pretty darn exclusive, because sorry guys anyone who wasn't here about a month or two after I came, I still consider part of the younger generation. Though, you probably still should be let in.

It is already been a thing. We recently had a dinner to celebrate the release of futurecraft. You were supposed to be invited, but we couldn't find you for it.

Well to be quite honest, you are middle to upper class Billy. The top classes are those who have been here February and before.

Also, no offense to anyone I don't consider a veteran, it is just my view.

This is pointless speculation, guys. The answer is probably that when the proposal is implemented (which I'm told it will be), everyone who's a member already will be automatically promoted to Member, because that's the group you're already in. This is a change that will apply to people who create accounts after the implementation.

How about only people who got here before January 19th, no matter what rank you are.

Yeah because we have people with 0-60 post that have joined at the start and never come back.
