I don't think anyone is mad enough to build one.

Having said that, the new customisation options for the superflat have allowed me to create a, planet made entirely of iron, stretching from one far lands to the other, with about 15 underground layers, so technically I could make it a planet size spaceship.

But that could never work with FC

That would be a hilarious map to play: it has 3 layers of wood logs, 3 layers of stone, 3 layers of iron blocks, 3 layers of gold blocks, 3 layers of diamond blocks, etc.

Instead of going with the original plan I made, I'll just make a living by drawing and selling my shitty art. Someone will want them.

Well, you would most likely want a ship capable of going from space to atmosphere... Spheres don't fly in atmosphere well. That and its way more fun to have epic space wars with cool looking ships than balls.

Not in Futurecraft. In reality, most civilizations will be 100 of millions of years more advanced than us, and building planets or planet sized ships would be easy.
