Fear Nought (see what I did there?)

Now that 1.4 is out and I have some time waiting for Bukkit to update, I've decided to start on a dreadnought. I've been meaning to for a while, but just never got around to it. It has no name as of now, nor do I have any final dimensions.

If that´s supposed to become a real dreadnaught as for current building-standards, I think you better get a little bit wider soon, ot the ship will look very long with no actual thickness.

It'll be significantly wider.

Make the body wider, much wider, otherwise you just won't get it up to the right length, although any width looks ridiculous eventually, and if you have a thin chassis you'll end up with something like the trollstein *ahem* I mean Bestine.

My advice for dreadnoughts is start at the back, and work forwards

he mjight be planning a wedge-like ship, where it widens out more in the middle or end

Another thing you could do is have a long thin chassis, then bolt stuff onto the sides, just be careful what you bolt on, caus you could end up with a giant flying *****
