Star Wars Legos Empty
PostSubject: Star Wars Legos   Star Wars Legos Icon_minitimeTue Aug 21, 2012 10:03 pm

I'm making this thread because it has come to my attention that there's not a single thread devoted to Star Wars Legos anywhere on the forum. Obviously, this is an untenable state of affairs. I have remedied that issue.

So, do you guys like Star Wars Legos? Do you have any? If so, which ones? What are your favorites? Do you have any idea what I'm talking about? Has this list of questions become too long? What vehicles/minifigures/etc would you like to see made in the future?

Ah, Star Wars Legos. I had a ton of them, and I still have most of them on my bookshelf or under my bed.

Let's see if I remember all of them....

-Clone Battle Pack
-Droid Battle Pack
-Imperial Landing Craft
-Midi-scale Mellenium Falcon (most indestructible build ever)
-Rebel Battle Pack
-Imperial Battle Pack
-Hail-fire Droid
-"Corporate Alliance Tank Droid"
-Juggernaut (before my brother tore it to pieces)
-The Shadow (from the expanded Universe)
-Mini pod-racers (two, I believe)
-Separatist Tank

Yeah, that's all I could find/remember. I have a giant bag of Lego instructions, it's so full I can barely lift it (it would help if there were handles).

My favourite series was Mars Mission. Unbelievably awesome.

Probably not. It's not a vehicle. It is reasonably big, though.

The largest one is that ship from force unleashed (I have only played it at a friends house).(This one was given to me in a cardboard box by my older brother and he dosn't remember the number)

The second is what looks like a custom-ish TIE or maybe some sort of other Sith star fighter. (set 7915)
The big one is the Rogue Shadow. The small one is the Imperial V-wing.

Isn't that one really old? Is it the one with the Eta-2, or is it different?

I went crazy a few years ago and brought 10 or so of the set with the four clones and the small walker because I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

This was the set:
http://www.clonewalker.com/

And I intended on building this:

Spoiler:

Alas, I stopped playing with legos within a year :-(

Edit: Playing is the wrong word, I meant building.

It's this one.
And yeah, I think it's an Eta-2.
I was about six or seven when I got it, and I've modified the vulture droid so it has got hinges on the wings to change state on it easier.

I have quite a few, but my crowning glory is the original "Luke's X-Wing" set, that could be assembled as a fighter, speeder or a lightsaber hilt.

From the initial release.

If you have one that came along with others, it isn't the same-this was the first-ever Star Wars LEGO set and the only one at the time that I got it.

That's worth a few hundred dollars if you have the instruction booklet.

Last night I went digging around in the boxes still in the garage after the move and managed to find close to thirty clones and my heavy vehicles.

LAAT/c and LAAT/i are missing some components that I can't seem to find, though :C

I do think my AT-OT and TE are ready for deployment, however. Same goes for my two squads of clones, each led by one of the nine-something ARCs I have for the moment, the rest are allocated to recon with three troopers I painted green so long ago in a vain attempt at making ARF troopers, before LEGO made em.

Basically now I'm going to focus on acquiring another Gunship through eBay and some backpacks for my ground troops.
