Me and a friend (Bloodnguts97) stumbled upon this mod idea and got extremely excited and decided to contribute in anyway possible, so we hopped on my server and started building a drop ship, this is just a prototype, there are still a series of superficial improvements to be made. Tell me/us what you think.

I think theres a bit too much lapis. Use Iron, it's better on the eyes.

Other than that, keep building!

Thanks, the only thing I was worried about was the lack of space for vehicles, what are the rough sizes on those, as this is supposed to be a drop-ship.

hmm, I like your ship(s). A dropship should be about 25 blocks long, at least.

Something tells me you are a fan of Warhammer 40,000. You should try building some ships from there, because I love WH40k.

Isn't there someone who is building an Emperor class battleship? Look for that thread, its pretty cool.

I do Love 40k, but the ships from there are ridiculous, I mean a their imperial frigate is 2km long and an escort to the easily 19km long battleships. and thanks on the tank dimensions, ill get on to adjusting that.

Let's see. A tank dropship would be around 50x20x10, (x,z,y), while a person dropship could be something more like 20x10x5.

Well, this was originally intended to be a personal drop ship, delivering a squad into the heat of battle. So you think it would work for that?

How many people and supplies does it hold?

You could build scaled down versions, or versions with the same style, or you could go completely insane and build a full-scale replica of the Planet Killer.

I don't think you could possibly build a to scale planet killer, aren't they several km high at some points. And yes, I am working on a 40k based assault ship

You would have to use a mod, but I was kinda joking.
