Point is I have cs1 (Never actually needed the later versions' futures. In cs1 as said in the vid it's included in imageready - a pointless program I don't like. I actually hoped there is a converter or something and I didn't expect I'll have to transfer my vid into images and then paste them one by on into that stuff...
There are tons of freeware alternatives, but almost all of them suck. They'll either not have the proper settings for what you want to do, or the output gif will be poor quality, or there will be a watermark, or all the above. I'm sure there are decent ones out there, but I couldn't tell you what to use.
