I try XD, but BACK on topic I think once a server reaches the space age (IE creates lazor gunz or FTL) the mobs are beefed up by, 100%?

Wow this topic is really good I like where it is going. It seems though that it just kinda goes in circles though.

One of the devs has already said no to more, better mobs. They feel that a few specific ones, like NPC crews, will be added, but that the goal here is space. Once you've hit the space age, creepers (even super ones) get burned off by the perimeter fences.

You know, part of the point of all the technology in Futurecraft is that mobs don't become a threat anymore.

Well, I mainly meant that we could add mobs which you have to travel to other planets for and drop rare and precious items like a giant insect which you might get chitin from. (I have no clue what to use chitin for without looking in Wikipedia for it which i don´t want to now.)

Who knows... It is foreseeable that new mobs are added, but we have no solid plans at this point.

I would think so. So long as no-one wants to creating an amorphous blob of jelly, I think the current parameters should suffice.

Maybe mobs could be created using some simple script or something like the ship builder, and then deployed to kill enemies or some other purpose. You could use them as super effective food suppliers on ships, for example.
