Most of the math involving quaternions is not necessary just for using them for rotation. Copy the formulas from here and that will get you most of the way, I think.

(And that's the 26th time today. I lost the game. Maybe I won't be so bad tomorrow. (The minecraft "___ left the game" and "___ joined the game" often make me lose, as does risk and storm troopers. I was playing star wars risk today.)

Really trying to avoid quaternions right now. If needed I will learn them, but I have one last idea I'm going to try.
