Dedicated General Posting section for forums.

I can't seem to stop myself from going off-topic on pretty much all the threads I go into.
The reason for this is simple: The people here are cool and communicating with them is amusing.

For this purpose, I propose that a dedicated General discussion type of section be added so I, and many others, have a place to go post when all we really want is just to ramble on and on about things that have no goal towards this mod, like Daman's permanent facepalm fusion.

This is not a bad idea. Every other forum I've seen has an off-topic board. And god knows these people can't stay on topic to save their life.
