Well, I screwed up the call recorder, again, although the new forum should be up soon, and we're going to try making some sort of prototype standalone version of the tech research minigame mechanic whatever as a coding exercise, eventually.

Turns out the recorder worked after all, here's the majority of the conversation. Towards the end we went off topic and started talking about geography or something, just ignore that.

So I stop visiting the forum for two weeks and you guys dicide to renvent the forum and the idea of futurecraft. From what I've gatherd is that your making a new better forum, redoing the moderating system, seeing if a group of you can learn java, disscusing if the idea of futurecraft is worth persuwing, and turning the community into gaming community. Am I correct? (Sorry for the spelling I'm om my phone and in a rush)

I am not certain if rule 6 is even allowed in US law, because I don't know it. I suggest double-checking.
The responsibilities of website owners are quite difficult.

I don't see why it would be, unless you're referring to someone feeling 'offended' and demanding it be regulated.

Even the, the legal term is called assumption of risk.

Who made these official? (I'm not objecting to them per se, but I want to know how they were created.) And how the hell do you expect to enforce the first part of Rule 7?

CMA, Tiel myself and a couple of other guys all came up with them. I revised them a bit, put them up on the new forums, and here we are.

If someone is known to be under the age of 16, they won't be allowed to become a moderator. Obviously people could lie about their age, but that's pretty much unavoidable.

Well, I'll turn 16 on the first of febuary.
Just so you know for moderator choosing purposes.
If anyone thinks I would be an even remotely intelligent choice.
