Actually, the anti-NAZI law was passed because the US insisted on it as a condition for Austria's independence in 1955.
So the joke's on you.
Considering I'm not and have never been an American citizen, the only joke on me is that I care so little, it's kinda funny.

Owl nation. I actually just renewed my citizenship certificate, so I'm even more citizen-of-the-Cuuytl-Vyr than before.

Fun fact I just noticed, appears Dr Who has a probably unintentional reference to megaman, namely to the city Neo Arcadia. Also coincidence as Arcadia in Dr Who is pretty much destroyed in a war between Time lords and Daleks, and Neo Arcadia is a post apocolyptic city in Megaman, after most of the world is destroyed in a war between humans and sane reploids against maverick reploids.

And yes I am aware Arcadia is a Greek term for Utopia.

Cuuytl Vyr passport, but being the highest single ranked official, I rarely use it. It's merely a formality.

Yttrium portals carry signals. I've no idea where this outputs through, though. I just have a router and the Cuuyth Yttrium portal facilities at my disposal.
