Do you ever slice your bacon up into itty bitty pieces and mix it in with the eggs? I've never tried that before but it sounds absolutely scrumptious.

Well, my mom usually make fried eggs, but when I make eggs for myself I cook a bunch of bacon and potatoes before hand and then make something between an omelette and scrambled eggs. Along with some grits it's a really good breakfast, although it takes a while. Last time I was able to was when I woke up at 4 AM after the flu and had a lot of time to kill, and I had to make a lot of noise to keep the rats away, so it worked out pretty well.
