With all of the new factions popping up, might as well make my own. I FIT IN NOW. Hyperlite, you have been recalled to active duty.

political structure(will be completely unused):

Emperor - What it sounds like. Can overrule decisions made by the viceroy and can-with the viceroy-override the council.

Viceroy - Takes over for the emperor when needed, cannot start wars.

Council - An odd number(at least 3, no more than 11) of representatives elected by whatever group of people they represent. Votes on crap.

Soldiers - soldiers

Citizens - Slaves/workers/proletariat/everyone else
