I'm designing a webpage as a major test grade in WebTech, but my <ipage> tag doesn't want to accept a % as a variable for the height attribute, only pixels. This is a problem as without a percentage the computer the site will be graded on will distort it massively, which is nicht gut.

Does anyone with some html experience know how to circumvent this? I believe it's a problem with HTML5.0, but...

e: Okay, put the iframe within the table I had the navigation buttons in. Now the problem is that I've set the table's attributes of height and width to 100% (so as to encompass the entire page) but not only does it refuse to scale on higher resolutions, there's also this annoying space beneath the table.

Does Stackoverflow handle html5? Because here is really not the place to ask.
