(Before i start this off i just would like to say i am new at this so help would nice if u see something wrong let me no and i will change it as soon as i can )


Back story
This space marine chapter story starts with a space marine legion called the "Imperial Dragons" they where one of the original 20 space marine Legions.Not much about them has survived the last 10,000 years so much of about who they where was lost to time.What we do no is how they went "missing".( i not going to much in to there story because not much is know about them to begin with!) Moving along during the Horus heresy there home system was among the first solar systems to be attacked bye Horus and his Dark crusade to earth. During the attack 3 tactical marines and 100 or so guards men escaped to a supply bunker and sealed the door for the next 6 months.(i no they where not called imperial guard yet i for get there name back then but yes they where around then) Win they emerged from the bunker they found the world a burning ruin nothing had survived the battle above the dead where every where rotten and maggot ridden corpses as far as the eye could see.The 3 space marines and the 100 or so guard men searched for the next 2 weeks for any survivors but found nothing but bodies.After that the 3 space marines(names Addeptis, Apollo, and Invictus) lead the guards men on a search for a transport of some sort to get off the planet and back to the nearest imperial controlled planet.After searching for 2 more weeks they found a crashed Dauntless light Cruiser which after some inspection was in salvageable condition.They spent next 2 years fixing this ship so that it could be used again.Win the ship was repaired they set cord-nets to the near bye Moon Omega which was orbiting the only gas giant in the system (its name is Centuari). There are only 2 planets(and a moon) in the solar system of Soullance. Beta 1,Omega and its moon Centuari. Beta 1 being the planet that they had escaped from. Well back to the story. After going to Centuari they found it was a moon within the goldilocks orbit orbit of the sun. And it about 3 to 4 times the size of the earth. They set up shop hoping that Imperium would send a fleet to search for them....which never came... And for the next 10,000 years they spend time rebuilding on this moon Geting any and all technology from the ruins of Beta 1 cites and the Imperial Dragons fortress monastery.Which after more inspection turned out to have a hidden underground forge world in to!(yes its possible just VERY VERY RARE)And inside they found 1 and a half warlord titans(which in my lore they repair and use but not going into that right now)10,000 years later the chapter is at 2,000 strong and the moon has a pop of 7billion and growing(Humans in this universe bread like rabbits 0_0) And if u are wondering why they are 2,000 strong win there only supposed to be 1,000? Its because they still think they are a legion not a chapter(well they where not around win they broke up the legions so yea) Although they do become a chapter they where allowed to keep there 2,000 space marines limit instead of 1,000.
