| This has absolutely nothing to do with Futurecraft (unless I make it the banner of my faction), but I made a sword in paint (E:Hilt guard is slightly more proportional, detail touch-ups) - Spoiler:
Is it sexy enough? I decided to try my hand at making 32x gun icons. Here are the results, a sniper's rifle and plasma cannon. - Spoiler:

Assuming you're not being sarcastic... With spline, line, and pencil. I just drew it as I went; the shading and detailing was done mostly pixel by pixel until I got it right. | |

| I think it doesn't matter if you make it in paint or Photoshop, the later will just save you time.
As for the picture the sword's design and color choice is not the best in my opinion...

Meh, I'll make it better later. Touch up some of the detailing and such. It also looks a lot better in paint than it does here. | |
